IFR or VFR?

I am planning on building an IFR airplane. So naturally, I wanted to know what are the requirements for IFR. I've seen the FAR's dealing with this and read some interesting articles (some of which state emphatically that a homebuilt airplane cannot be IFR certified, which is funny since I thought it was the PILOT who got IFR certified).  Of course, the FAR's are written to cover every kind of airship in every possible configuration. What I wanted was a simple explanation of what was required for MY airplane. If it was graphical in nature, all the better! (I like to look at pictures)

I couldn't find it anywhere, so I decided it would be a great service to the RV community if I put it together myself! (well, actually, since I'm waiting to get enough money to order the empennage, and I can't do ANYTHING ELSE, at least I'm putting some effort into building my kit).

So, here is my Panel Requirements page! I hope you like it.

Disclaimer

I am not an expert on Federal Air Regulations. If you are, and find something wrong with my Panel Requirements page, please let me know. I want it to be as accurate as possible. Even if your not an expert on the FAR's, if you think something is wrong tell me.

Thanks
