| Match Drill (#40) the initial holes into the fiberglass tip. |

| The silicone seems to work real well. Much better than that Gorilla
Glue. I think this'll be the method going forward. |

| Now I "shape the forward face of E-714 to match E-713
contour". This will have the effect of making the elevator slightly
trailing edge heavy since I had this balanced at one point. That's why I
installed the nutplate... to allow more weight to be added. |

| This needs to be cut back. The epoxy will match the bend in the E-713
perfectly so it looks like one piece. |
