Finally got to place the order today. I ordered the trim tab skin H-619PP-1-020 and some blind rivets that I needed. The MK-319-BS looks like a real good replacement for the AN426AD3-3.5. There is a rivet on the HS that I've been meaning to replace. The only problem is that I need to drill out the old one. The rivet is so loose that it spins in the hole when I try to drill it.

Anyway, Here's a side-by-side comparison of the AN426AD3-3.5 and the MK-319-BS. As you can see, they both have the same head size, although the hole required for the blind rivet is bigger.
