I realized that I need to order some proseal before I can finish the rudder. Since it'll be a while before any proseal gets here, I've decided to start on the elevators. The first step in to cut out all of the stiffeners. If you've cut out the stiffeners for the rudder, the method is the same.

Just follow the dots...
To mark the angle to be cut I made this little jig.
I cut along the line leaving the line on the part. This is later filed off so that all of the snip marks are gotten rid of.
There you go, 30 stiffeners. That's it for tonight, got other work to do.
