I enlarged the HS-708 to HS-603PP holes to #19

| Didn't do too much tonight. Just ran out of time. One thing they say
about building these planes, you should to SOMETHING every day, no matter
how small. So today I did three thing. I only spent 1/2 hour.

| I positioned the HS-404 and HS-405 ribs into place and marked the approximate hole locations. |

| I fluted the rib flanges between the pen marks. |
