Today I deburred the edges of both rear spars with a vixen file. If I was very careful about moving the file along at a smooth even pace, it seemed to do a very nice job.

Then I drilled thou all of the holes with a 1/8" drill. The book says to use a #30 drill but the difference is only .003 As it turned out, that was enough of a difference because a AN470AD4-5 rivet doesn't go in the hole. I guess I'll wait for the TOOLKIT
