Today I decided to play it safe... I rounded off on edge of HS-609PP so that it lays flat against HS-603P. I started out by deburring the spars. It's a good idea to get all of the burrs away from the holes that you are trying to lay flat against.

Then you "Break" one of the edges so that the reinforcement bar lays flat against the spar. (A little tough to see here, I should have had a before pic)
